They contain numerous active substances, one above all synephrine, which helps burn fat and therefore has slimming qualities. Synephrine acts on our metabolism by stimulating thermogenesis, i.e. the raising of human heat, which increases calorie consumption and therefore has high slimming qualities as this molecule induces us to eat much less.
