To ensure that the delivery proceeds in the best possible way and in total safety, we ask for at least a real and working telephone number at the time of the order, so as to allow the courier to contact you in case of difficulty. Agrumi Sanzà reserves the right not to ship in the absence of a telephone number. The express courier makes two free delivery attempts, in the event that they are not successful for reasons not attributable to Agrumi Sanzà or the courier itself, it will be possible to go to the courier's sorting center to collect the order. If the order is not collected, the storage and redelivery costs, as quantified by the courier himself, will be charged to the customer. The company assumes no responsibility in the event that the products are damaged or deteriorated due to prolonged storage at the collection point.
Courier shipments depart every Monday, Tuesday. Delivery times must be taken into consideration from the moment the order is entrusted to the courier. From the cart you can view the estimated shipping date of the order. In addition, the courier will notify you via e-mail during all stages of preparation and shipping, up to the day scheduled for actual delivery.
