Sicilian clementines can be recognised by their total absence of seeds, a characteristic that also differentiates them from mandarins and tangerines. The pulp of the Nova clementine is more orange and its taste is the perfect balance between sour and sweet. Like the mandarin, it is easy to peel and cut into segments. The clementine has all the nutritional properties of citrus fruits, including a large amount of Vitamin C
Our clementines are grown without chemical additives, respecting nature and its natural course. In fact, all our fruits have an edible peel, ideal for the preparation of jams and cakes!
